Initial Consideration
The biggest decision is already behind you—picking the right builder. Choosing a pool contractor whose values and craftsmanship line up with your goals sets the tone for everything that follows.

Contact and Survey
Start by submitting a quick online request and answering a short client questionnaire. It gives us enough background on your property and goals to know whether we’re the right fit to move into design.

Initial Consultation
After we review your details, a member of our team will reach out for an introductory phone call. We’ll talk through your project at a high level and decide together whether an in-person design meeting makes sense as the next step.

Design Meeting
Next, we sit down with you (and your spouse or partner) on-site for roughly 30–90 minutes to dig into the vision—style direction, must-have features, layout ideas, and how you’ll actually use the space. Bring any inspiration images or existing site plans you have on hand.

Design & Budget Review
Within about a week, we put together a preliminary design concept and construction proposal. We meet again to walk through it together, talk openly about budget ranges, and fine-tune the plan until it lines up with what you envisioned.

Finalization & Permits
Once you give the green light on the design and proposal, we move into construction documents, structural engineering, and pulling the required permits. With the paperwork buttoned up, we’ll begin the construction process.

Material Selection
The last step before we start building is choosing your finishes—tile, coping, decking, plaster, and accents. We’ll walk you through the options side-by-side so the final selections feel like you and bring the design together.
